have to tell you all about this.I promise no lie(nana pal of mine will confirm)so, on friday usual routine and getting ready for my visit to sean and residents meeting 2pm.knock on my door 8.45am.young lad asking if i remember him.he came to my house in jan from council to do full electric test.well we got talking and i told him about our situation,he telling me etc.about his brother.he standing there with a carrier bag.in this bag was a west ham shirt, not just any shirt though, was an actual aaron cresswell shirt donated and his from win in 23.of course im stunned and made a complete fool of myself crying, liam(thats his name)said that he couldnt stop thinking about our conversation, and wanted me to give sean this to thank him for his service to country and to let him know there are people out there who respect this.I mean, what can you say?In your darkest times can you imagine how i felt...so i cant wait to get to sean.get to care home start to tell my lovely ladies story, they all like wait let me get this one etc.i turn around and at the reception desk is this manager wanting to be part of this fantastic thing?the divine is how i kept control, but im thinking will see you at 2pm residents meeting.turns out this meeting cancelled as was last weeks.for myself was a good day for battle,i was there anyway, not so much for our freind who turned up for it especially, and probably others too.too many coincidents this week for me to ignore i know and am sure ive been told what to do from elsewhere.ive had enough b/s.
funny thing though, sean wanted to wear the shirt.we had to force it on him, this aaron must be a small skinny lad for a number three!!!alice, manchester need him ha ha!!!

Not surprised you were emotional D ! Some young fellow brings a really special gift for someone he he's never met ; it can only be down to your your heartfelt telling of Sean's story.
Your account of your precious son's predicament has resonated with this lad and compelled him to show his respect and concern for both both Sean, and for you.
Ordinary folk sometimes do extraordinary stuff ; so touching.....
Morning D, WOW, yes there are still good people in this world, to be touched by Sean’s story and respect for or brave soldiers. I will ignore that sarcastic comment at the rear of your message, even though it’s probably true we are struggling at the moment , but we will rise again, as long as we beat Liverpool we’re happy lol. Xx
