Confused about supplements..any advice or experience welcome!

Hello all,

I've been working my way through Dian Shepperson-Mill's book A Key to Healing Endometriosis through Nutrition and getting a bit confused with supplements.

Do you have to take supplements everyday throughout the month or just around the time you have a flare up? Are they a long term solution or something to come back to as and when needed?

I know I should probably book an appointment with a nutritionist, as with all things it's expensive and a bit further down my list of things I'm trying to see if they might help my condition whilst I wait for treatment on the NHS. So in the meantime I'm trying to see if I can work it out myself.

If you have any experience with taking supplements for endo or adenoids I'd love to hear what you've found!

x

I havent tried these myself yet (Im waiting for my ones that I bought already to run out) but theres a lad in Ireland that developed a supplement for endometriosis specifically with lots of different supplements within it. Might be worth a try? Its called endophix

Im going to try it in a few weeks time :) a couple of ladies I talked to in a support group said it really helped their energy levels in particular and a few other symptoms
