Pain outside period back again, 4th month on BC

It’s the 4th month I’ve been on the birth control patch, I’ve been doing the 3 weeks on, one week off like my gp told me I had to do. The third month it finally started helping and I wasn’t getting pain outside my period and on my period the pain didn’t get worse until later in the day on the first day so I didn’t have to get up early to take painkiller cause I didn’t need it till later and even then I more took it incase it kept getting worse. Though I was still feeling very nauseous on the first day of my period and was gagging a bit and had a sick bowl with me in the evening. I also felt a little faint the day before my period started. Now it’s the 4th month on birth control and I’ve been getting mild aching tummy pain on some days outside of my period again. I thought the birth control was starting to help so why am I getting pain outside my period again already? And I’m seeing an endometriosis specialist in June.
