Ondansetron on testing in UK, (TOP HAT), for P hallucinations. Anyone knows anything about test doses and results so far?

My wife with P for 9 - 10 years, are the last 2 years have especially been suffering with difficult hallucinations. So far nothing has been of help in this regard.

The testing of Ondansetron looks interesing espesially interesting as the side effects are mild.

As hubby is about to start nuplazid here in the US, I’m always looking for safer options…so this looks interesting.

But I found this link which implies that the TOP HAT study was halted for safety reasons:

So maybe, it’s not a good option.
