Yes queeniz I’m fine. I work outside so kind of used to the heat but I know how hard it can be for those who aren’t accustomed to it. I drink a lot of fluids and always always wear a wide brimmed hat and sunglasses.
I'm staying indoors with the curtains closed as it helps to filter the heat. All the internal doors are open and a few windows on the shady side of the place! Fans with iced water in front of them, and wearing as little as I can get away with, and not shock the postman!
