I had a PSMA scan that found 3 small spots. My MO and Radiation O decided to radiate the spots without ADT. PSA is 0.28

Hope it works. Any treatment that can work without ADT is good in my opinion. If PSA rises you'll know that it did not work.
It is a mistake to withhold ADT. It is a mistake to treat only what you can see. There is a LOT more that you can't see. PSA is mostly put out by the bigger metastases, so you would be "treating PSA" instead of treating your cancer.
Reading your posting history it seems after a run with ADT your PSA has risen and you face imageable mets? The questions I have are, has your medical team identified a PSA target nadir post this treatment and timeline to reach it? And as ADT would be a re-start have they discussed what this might be? All the best!
Professor,
My reaction to you post is a question: So what's your question?
Note: If it's implied then I failed to imply it....
