Weight Loss - Low calorie snacks

Completed week 5 of NHS weight loss programme and lost 2.3 kilos. I am restricted in amount of fibre and fruit

I can eat (by Consultant's instructions) and so sometimes go over calories. I am lactose intolerant and eat gluten free bread as it is better for me. Any suggestions for low calorie snacks please?

Hello and welcome to the forum Semibreve40

My suggestion would be to eat enough good fat with your meals, this will fill you up and stop the need to snack.
