I'm a close friend of someone who has suffered a rough upbringing and hasn't had much TS support...he's now in his 40s and going through a lot due to people abusing his condition.
I'm giving him unconditional love and support and we have great times together and he says he is calmer in my company.
I'm continually praying for him and would appreciate any advice for when he is mid flow in anxiety...at the moment, I try just to distract his attention away from any negativity
Many thanks and God bless everyone richly

It sounds like you are doing the best thing I know of. My son has anxiety and TS plus... Won't get counseling (I wish he would get CBT or DBT, but he had counseling when young and then later as a teen. It only increased his anxiety when he was in his teens.) But he does best if I either give him space or ask if I can do anything to help him feel better.
Hello I have read your post I know someone with Tourette’s syndrome so the best way to help your friend is to support him and laugh with him I think it always makes people with Tourette’s feel better
