Any feedback on below bloods? On 600mcg levothyroxine total per week. Am working on the iron at the moment. Vit B12 and D are fine. Trying to de-stress where I can.

Ferritin 38 ug/L (30 - 200) 4.7%

What do you class as fine for vit D & B12? Can you share the results with us?

What about folate?

Your FT3 is good for the level of FT4 that you have.

How do you feel?

Most people need their FT4 above 50% and yours is below.

Vit D is >100 and B12 is >1000 as on monthly injections.

Are you taking any folate, as its a cofactor of B12 and also needed for best use of thyroid hormone.

Yes, 500mcg methylfolate daily plus what is in my multivitamin (pre-pregnancy one).
