Pain after laparsocopic endo excision and menestruation delay?

Hi. Recently i had laparoscopic endo IV excision. Ofcourse i had some pain in my lover abdomen. But afrer about week i started get sharp stabing pain in my pubic area. And now it is 4th week and still i get this strange pain. Did you also had similar experience? And could it be that after this operation my period is delayed?
