Help ! 1 week post circumcision sensitivity

Hey guys. i got my circumcision done 7 days before. I had a very severe phimosis which i never seen my glance in my life as the foreskin is never retracted back. In terms of pain it’s very mild. But i am very very hypersensitive in the glance whenever i feel a touch down there . Even a small touch is making me scream cuz that much low sensitivity. It’s really really unbearable and making me anxious. Can you please tell me how long will this last or take to come back to normal ?
