So im going to come off them as you say not suiting me, am i ok just to come off straight away as only been on 10mg for one week and 20mg for one week today, on holiday cant stand another night like this.

You should really discuss with your doctor. ..... I appreciate you have only being taking it for two weeks but have upped the dosage after one week and that you are on holiday so probably cannot consult with your doctor.

On googling it says: Do not stop it suddenly. You should reduce the dose by 5mg every few days. Once you get down to 10mg or less, you can stop it. I hope that helps with the decision that you make.
