Recently i have been needing to stretch constantly, like when u wake in the morning only this continues throughout the day, i was just wondering if it was another side effect of rls which I suffer all through my body, the urge is overwhelming that I can't settle until I stretch, anyone else suffer this weird feeling

Yes sounds like what I have and regard as mild RLS, I have it like that on good days lol
Sometimes I find myself stretching my leg muscles in the middle of the night and I can stretch so hard it can hurt. I don't do that all the time but at times and I don't understand that either. I don't do the stretch with my arms just my legs. It always wakes me up when I do and then I go back to sleep.
Yeah, I have that sometimes too, I never associated it with RLS though when I think about it, it's like mini RLS attacks, the arms specially. After I stretch a bit it goes away, but I have ti REALLYYYY stretch.
