Its so warm here its in the 30s and last night and the night before and the night before that its been in the 24s in my flat its so hot my homelab is quite hot also gotta keep an eye on the Servers dont want overheating. Whats everyone up to?

Hello Jack , I think the majority are getting this heatwave. As for doing anything , I am doing as little as possible.

I was meant to have a Business Meeting today but ended up re-scheduling because of the Heat, not even out there for 5 mins and im sweating like crazy.
I dont blame you Jack , your flat sounds like mine . Its 31c outside at the moment and 29c inside. I am waiting to see if it thunders , but it isnt likely just yet. xxx

Nope. West Midlands here an hour from Birmingham.
I suppose on the map they regard us as northern .

I was told many years ago that them in London regard anything north of Watford Gap as Northern. Having spent time in London, Cumberland, Durham, Northampton, Gloucestershire, Dorset and Harrogate. I decided that when I could see the Sheffield water cooling towers from the M1 I was heading into the North.
That sounds logical. I agree. xx

i thought Canada has hot summers? i know a Youtuber from there and he said awhile back it gets very hot there. You can have the hot weather its too hot for me lol.
Depends what part of Canada you live in
I live by the mountains so the temperatures change and vary quite often. Parts of Canada get super hot but where I live we are hoping for heat and good weather😊

It wouldnt make much difference here because of my Servers. Good thing is when the winter comes i wont have to have the heating on anyway

You can have 10 degrees of our heat, it’s going free to the first taker 😸.
Bella is handling the heat better than me. She jumped on my lap Earlier on and her paws were soaking wet so she had been standing in a big bowl of water. Archie is feeling cat miserable 😿, he can’t cope with the heat but does the best thing and lies in the bathroom sink and sleeps. Hopefully today is the worst of the heatwave. If it’s like this on Saturday I’m in real trouble as I’ve booked an outside tour of a local vineyard.
The tour will be difficult in 35c. Hope it cools down

Hi j, I went and met a couple of friends for lunch in what was supposed to be an aircon room.... it wasn’t!!
So I’m back home in my knickers and vest contemplating soaking in a cool bath!! Just heard a couple of rumbles and we had 3 seconds of substantial downpour, although you wouldn’t have known it!!
My bedroom is showing a balmy 33 degrees so I’m praying that the cloud disappears for a cooler night 👍
