That my compliant is sort out. It's a year that I complain about the group (Blackpool). After my complain they post a letter without talking to me. The letter was full of lies. Is is not good for HeadwayUK. I'm from a care family who runs chairty. They offer so much help like a room, printing, even tell where to write for bids. Treatment from a paid staff and voluntary people is not good. Lies, false hope, breaking confidential and don't know to handle a complaint. My complaint is getting bigger. 😠😠
