hi I had my assessment last week I called today for copy of my report , they said it’s in audit and will delay things has anyone else had this and if so how long did it take to get a decision .

Yes, mine was in audit, took a couple of months. Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer

If you only had your assessment last week, I would have thought it’s early days for a decision or copy of anything.
I got a text to confirm I was successful with my Pip claim, then a copy of their report was included with the confirmation letter few wks after the text.
Mine took about 6wks from assessment to confirmation.
I just let them do their thing, they have a process.
