Hi Samwebster,I don't know about insomnia resulting from chemical exposure but I have suffered from chronic insomnia for the last 40 years. I am now sleeping much better after completing a course with Sleep Station. It's an online course which I found very helpful and I now sleep very well most nights. If you are interested, Sleep Station have an informative website and you can apply to join their course via the website. If your doctor is aware of your insomnia Sleep Station can, at your request, contact your doctor to ask the NHS to fund it alternatively you can pay for the course yourself.

I hope you can find something to help you.

not sure how this is relevant to fibromyalgia specifically?

Hi, what was the chemical exposure, do you know, and was this the cause of your fibro? Fibro sufferers are more likely than the average to struggle with chemical processing and to have multiple chemical sensitivity. Partly a methylation issue. Cheers
