Please, I need some sleep, I was told by the Nurse,

If I am not asleep 15 mins after I'm in bed (I'm always in bed)with no electric gadgets I should get up and stroll around for 15 mins!

Well first up, I can stand a little,not quiet a minute and especially not on my own, So there's a problem straight off,

Go out of the room to stroll, see above

Remake the bed,See above

Seems to be getting harder to get sleep and of course this is making it harder to stay calm and relax and not make myself any sicker than I already am,

So Hubby will be coming in to wake me with a coffee in 2 hrs.

It's 6 o'clock aaarghhh, The birds are chirping away,It's a lovely sound don't get me wrong but can't they come back later??

Hello Debsdelight72,

Sorry to hear you're not sleeping.

I find meditation before bed helpful, when I'm awake in the night I put some on too.

There's plenty of meditations on utube & there's a free app called Insight Timer I use. There's some good ones for cronic pain I find helpful.

Hot milk & honey is something I find helpful as it has a soporific effect.

Hope you manage to get some sleep.
