40 HZ Light Therapy (Probably Done Wrong)

The instructions for this 40 HZ flickering bulb said not to look at it directly but to have it within a few feet in my peripheral vision. To the left of my monitor seems like a good idea to me, but what do I know, I have a HS Degree
