As I understand it Valentina98 had questions about why she was posting non-heart related posts on the BHF forum so she stopped posting updates.Hopefully as I've tagged her she'll let everyone know how things are progressing

Hey Sorry I haven't updated you. As Cat said I had some people asking why I posted on the forum when Dan's issue wasn't heart related.
Dan was in an induced coma for a couple of days, as he kept having seizures post operation. It's quite common after that type of operation. Once he was out of the coma. His moods were a bit up and down again that's normal after being in an induced coma. He was put on anti depressants to help control his mood, a low dose just to stabilise them.
He was discharged on Tuesday, because of his moods and we weren't sure if he was going to kick out at night I slept in the spare room for a couple of days, but he has been very settled so I'm back in the same bed now. We popped out on Thursday to vote and he enjoyed the fresh air. But was very tired after.
I'm doing okay, I didn't visit him every day while he was in hospital as I was getting tired and emotional. I had a bit of a scare, I noticed a brown discharge but I called the out of hours GP and they got a midwife sent out. Who reassured me everything was okay, but to contact them if I have any pain or it goes red. So far everything is fine. Olive is kicking away I've definitely got a little footballer in me.

This is good news in a way sounds like Dan is on the right road now and do not worry about the discharge this can be quite common just call the midwife if it happens again

Yeah the midwife said it was not normal, I think it was just the shock off seeing it, it made me worry.
We're currently sitting in the garden enjoying the sun.

Yes it is a shame they do not tell you these things can happen before they do would stop us going in a panic if they did
