Burning nerve pain

Since I had Covid I've had burning nerve pain across my face, in my mouth and limbs. I feel that as I've no nerve damage that can be imaged that medicine has washed its hands.

Anyone got any treatment suggestions. Tried gabapentin and antidepressants
