I have occasional AFib events and I do take 200 mg of it nightly when I wake up after about 2 hours of sleep. It does seem to help with anxiety a bit but not anywhere near what a benzo or the right type of THC would do. I haven't noticed any side effects though I have a gut feeling that I may be building up a bit of a tolerance to it.

I took it for a few years. Did it help...I think it did in the beginning and then, I believe, I got use to it.

Dont rely totally on medication only. Include yoga and guided meditation. It really helps.

Hello Kett

If you stimulate the Vagus nerve that helps with anxiety, google that and that should help.

Best wishes
