This drug appears to be an NSAID which one should never take if you have AF or are on anticoagulants. I suggest that you discuss with your pharmacist but think it probably unwise.
I would definitely avoid this drug. It can start an arrhythmia and indeed did start a first-ever bout of AF for my husband.
As mentioned, Naproxen is an NSAID which you should avoid.. however my GP has said in exceptional circumstances (eg an attack of Gout) it can be taken with increased dose of PPI In my case 40mg Omeprazole) and only for a short time ... ie under GP supervision.
I would consult with your GP.
When suffering with a heart arrhythmia, you shouldn't take any drug without your GP's explicit say so, but I think you might find this article of interest:

Ibuprofen and naproxen are from the same family of "NSAID" drugs, with similar effects and side effects. Naproxen is longer acting and some trials suggest it might be more effective at relieving some kinds of pain.
If you are also taking an anticoagulant as well as your bisoprolol, then NSAID drugs are forbidden because of an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

I’m on holiday in Portugal and have been in considerable pain with a trapped nerve in my shoulder. There is a sports injury specialist here who prescribed a short burst treatment of corticosteroids. I had to check with my GP at home who said he was ok with this and was interested to know how I get on as I gather it’s not a usual choice of drug in the UK for back pain. I have flecainide as PIP but not on anticoagulant. Mid way through the dosage and some improvement!
