Forgot as had workmen in house and ran upstairs to answer query as soon as I finished lunch - straight into fast AF. Just back to NSR after 4 hours so feeling symptomatic with Mg and very, very fatigued. Early night methinks.

Enjoy yourself really evening.

Oh dear CD, not good. I fear just having workmen in the house would put me in AF, I always find their presence in 'my space' very stressful .

Hope you feel better tomorrow...:-)

I fail to remember to be carefully myself when going up the stairs. We just think of what we need to do and forget how our heart just may react to the simply task or activity. Are minds say go and our hearts say no. Praying all stays calm for you.

Oh CD, I know what not being able to move much after eating lunch is like and how easy it is to forget. At one time it would aggravate my heart if I hurried over a zebra crossing, just how could I walk across slowly when someone driving had been kind enough to stop! What a life eh!

Perhaps it's time you moved to a bungalow, or are you fighting on determined to do what you want?

How are you this morning?

Jean

Hi Jean - thanks for asking - just feeling a bit wiped out. HR is a little high still and odd blip but I suspect I will just have to have a 'slow' day.

We wouldn't consider moving as we have such a beautiful aspect overlooking a field at the back and a view of the estuary from the front. It would take something much more significant than a few old Arrythmia episodes.....LOL

How are you doing these days?

Hi CD, That's the fighting spirit and I'm glad to hear that you enjoy your home despite the stairs. Your views sound lovely, some people hanker for sea views, but give me countryside views any day! I understand totally when you say you will have a slow day, just stopped to have a little swear in sympathy (can't write what I said here). You get used to the routine of what to do during and after AF episodes don't you!

I'm still doing well thanks, It will be 19 weeks with a normal heartbeat this weekend and I can now walk as fast as I want! I try not to focus on the problem coming back, but the thought that it may lurks in the background especially if I feel my heart do what I call a 'plink'. Guess I'm still too focused on what's going on in my chest.

Hope you soon feel better.

Jean
