Pacemaker

Hi all nearly 6 weeks post pacemaker insertion, keen to go to the gym. Will the gym chest strap heart monitors affect my pacemaker any advice please

I would ask the manufacturers of the strap you are using ?

I have a Polar sports heart monitor which I wear on a daily basis just to keep an eye on my heart rate, mine says not suitable for use with a pacemaker, so as Offcut says, maybe check with supplier?
