My understanding is that you should avoid calcium supplements that might have a negative impact on cancer and definitely can have a negative impact on your arteries and heart health.
Get your calcium from food (cheese,...) and take magnesium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in its mk7 form so that the calcium is pushed to your bones rather than stay in your blood.
And exercise is mandatory. It's been shown that lifting weights protects your bone density.
Can you see an endocrinologist?
You should base the decision on your serum calcium level. But with zoledronic acid, patients often need supplemental calcium and Vitamin D.
Did you ask your oncologist?
