Hi All, very confused after my day 13 scan in preparation of my FET, my lining is 8mm which I know is perfectly acceptable for embryo transfer. However I have now (stupidly i know) read all these articles that the rate of success is much much better when over 10mm - has this made a difference to anyone? Is 8mm actually ok, as my clinic seem to always be quite relaxed. Can my lining still thicken up once i start progesterone over the next 5days? Stupidly hormonal and panicked that its not going to work and that I haven’t drunk enough raspberry leaf tea!

I’m in the same situation kind of, I have the transfer next Tuesday and yesterday my lining was 7mm which was the best I had so far....last time was under 6 but by the transfer time went to 9mm so I don’t know what to say but is good to hear what other ladies have to say about xxx
Yes, it will thicken up a little bit! I did a mock cycle last month (ERA test) and at the ultrasound it was 7.5mm and at the day of ERA it was 8.5mm. My clinic also wants it to be 8 and over so I think you’re fine. Good luck!!
To thicken rub castor oil on your belly in the evenings and put a hot water bottle against tumny for a few minutes at night. Only do this before transfer. Stop completely after transfer. This helped me get to 8. You might get higher than 8. X
I was only meant to have my first scan on day 15. My period just started late (hence day 13, they didnt change the appointment). So Im sure day 16 is fine too! What dose are you on? Im taking 8mg split between morning and evening.
